To engage relationships and drive business among our members, we use a scoring system where each new transaction between our professionals and retailers generates points. Job Responsibilities * Build and manage portfolios of retailers and professionals; * Train users on platform usage, processes, and products; * Manage regional social media channels; * Strengthen existing channels to increase revenue and point generation; * Create and implement new partnership strategies; * Align channel strategies with overall marketing plans; * Make data-driven decisions to achieve goals and push content and team performance forward; * Have a comprehensive understanding of the company's business and work closely with development teams, willing to understand processes and contribute to improvements; * Understand the market and know how to act in times of changing scenarios; * Assist in customizing ordered solutions; * Prepare coordination of events and training sessions; * Manage contacts and preparations before, during, and after Experiences; * Help draft projects and negotiate contracts; * Propose offers to clients; * Present solutions to client issues by identifying needs and offering the most suitable products and services; * Anticipate demands to stay ahead of competition and develop projects; * Visit retailers and professionals and plan presentation visits; * Negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
