And this is how we continually enrich our BP identity. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Welcome and assist customers, providing information regarding service routing, waiting times, and procedures—including issuing queue tickets at the kiosk, attending at the Emergency Department (PA), and forecasting hospitalization/bed availability. * Guide and support customers with mobility difficulties, using wheelchairs when necessary and accompanying them to their destination area. * Guide and provide hospitality to companions in the surgical waiting room upon request by leadership. * Ensure appropriate movement of people by organizing service queues and designating correct waiting areas for each flow. * Support collection of signatures on service consent forms and authorization slips during urgent or high-demand situations. * Record data in hospital management systems or spreadsheets, and notify leadership of procedural failures impacting service delivery or process execution. * Maintain hospital areas by reporting incidents, requesting cleaning services, notifying leadership for support, and monitoring supply replenishment. * Wear uniforms and professional identification correctly, adhering to institutional standards, and follow SESMT guidelines regarding precautions and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to safeguard health. * Understand environmental aspects and impacts related to one’s activities, as well as applicable legal requirements, supporting actions aimed at minimizing environmental impact and enhancing environmental performance to achieve process compliance. * Support emergency situations by conducting and/or participating in drills related to environmental emergency response plans, and responding to actual emergencies where applicable. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed High School **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM — 36 hours/week — 180 hours/month — 6 days on / 1 day off — Days off according to rotating schedule **Work Location:** BP Hospital (Near Vergueiro Metro Station) **Work Model:** On-site **What We Offer?** Transportation Allowance Meal Allowance On-site Cafeteria Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Childcare Assistance Total Pass: A benefits platform granting access to gyms and studios across various modalities for employees and dependents.
