




Job Description: Education: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Requirements: * Strong analytical and organizational skills; * Attention to detail and systemic perspective; * Basic knowledge of internal controls and processes (preferred); * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Willingness to travel. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience or knowledge in Oriented Productive Microcredit. * Conduct preventive audits by guiding departments toward continuous process improvement; * Prepare interim and monthly audit reports, identifying any deficiencies found and certifying the actual status of audited processes to provide managers with necessary inputs for decision-making; * Perform specific field audits when required to investigate potential irregularities in the company’s external procedures; * Report audit results; * Assess whether customer registration supervision complies with Internal Standards; * Analyze transportation costs during field audits, evaluating their reasonableness relative to the volume of services performed; * Maintain impartiality, free from prejudice, and avoid any conflicts of interest; * Report only facts verifiable through examined documentation and not subject to dispute; * Use data and information known solely for performing assigned tasks, maintaining absolute confidentiality regarding all obtained information; * Act ethically throughout the entire audit process. 2512170202551913711
