This position is intended for professionals with experience in contract management, market research, development and monitoring of commercial proposals, and interest in working in the commercial sector. **Responsibilities and duties** * Identify opportunities on bidding platforms and lead the entire process. * Conduct commercial visits and prospecting activities. * Research market and competition to support commercial strategies. * Develop, review and monitor commercial and technical proposals. * Produce management reports to monitor contracts and contracted services. * Ensure compliance with deadlines, SLAs and KPIs in third-party contracts. * Lead complete contract management: validity, amendments, renewals and closures. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering or related fields; * Valid driver's license (category AB); * Knowledge of bidding processes and analysis of notices and contracts. * BDI (Indirect Costs and Benefits) and profit margin. * Preparation of detailed proposals for public and private bids (RFPs and RFIs). * Clear and persuasive technical/commercial writing. * Interpretation and control of SLA (Service Level Agreement) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators). * Understanding of contractual clauses (validity, adjustments, penalties). **Additional information** * Fixed salary * CLT employment contract * Benefits:  * Meal allowance.
