Job Summary: Human Resources Analyst to work on Recruitment and Selection, Performance Evaluation, Organizational Climate, Internal Marketing (Endomarketing), Training & Development (T&D), and general HR support. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes. 2. Support Performance Evaluation and Organizational Climate Survey. 3. Work on Training and Development and general HR support. Mining company seeks a Human Resources Analyst in Bacabeira. **Responsibilities:** Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes. Support and monitor Performance Evaluation. Develop and monitor Organizational Climate Survey. Organize and execute internal campaigns and Endomarketing initiatives. Deliver and monitor onboarding training for new employees. Support requirements related to NR-1. Work on Training and Development. Provide support to HR routines in coordination with the Personnel Department (DP) and Occupational Safety Department (SST). Previous experience as HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
