We look for a collaborative individual with strong communication skills, committed to improving processes and acting responsibly while adhering to the resort’s sustainability practices. **What are the requirements?** Currently enrolled in a Technical or Undergraduate program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Basic knowledge of networks, operating systems, and computer maintenance. Fundamental understanding of technical support and user assistance. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and IT management tools. Strong communication skills, proactivity, and ability to work effectively in teams. **What challenges will you face here?** You will handle a variable volume of service requests involving hardware, software, and network issues, requiring agility, organization, and excellent employee support. You will also support preventive and corrective equipment maintenance, assist with access and system configurations, monitor software installations and updates, and contribute to network infrastructure monitoring.
