A degree or technical course in Physical Education, Tourism, Recreation, or related fields; knowledge of first aid; and previous experience in resorts, hotels, or large-scale establishments will be considered advantageous. If all this resonates with you, perhaps it’s time for you to embrace this new challenge and spread joy with us? **What challenges await you here?** You will be challenged to develop and lead recreational and sports activities—including games, scavenger hunts, workshops, and competitions—and assist in preparing and executing shows and recreational events. You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining materials, equipment, and spaces used for leisure activities, conducting programs both outdoors and indoors, always prioritizing participant safety and well-being. You will collaborate closely with other monitors and various resort departments, applying recreation techniques that encourage active guest participation and supporting the team with operational tasks—all while consistently prioritizing customer satisfaction. Additionally, you must comply with and report environmental emergency procedures, follow guidelines for proper waste disposal, reuse, and recycling, participate in sustainability and environmental practice trainings, identify and report situations potentially causing negative environmental impacts to the environmental team, and adhere to established practices and procedures aimed at minimizing environmental impact through appropriate waste management and responsible use of natural resources. **What do we offer our team members?** A relaxed environment, a diverse team, extraordinary results, and outstanding opportunities to learn and grow.
