Submit your resume! *Follow our LinkedIn page to stay updated on news and opportunities!* https://www.linkedin.com/company/origem\-energia/mycompany/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure personal and team safety, aiming to prevent personal, environmental, and vehicle accidents; * Use corporate SMS tools to record deviations, focusing on identifying potential risks; * Perform lockout and tagout procedures on equipment prior to interventions; * Authorize issuance of PT (Permit to Work) in the area for activity execution; * Apply “5S” techniques to maintain cleanliness, organization, and conditioning of equipment and the operational area—including compression process units; * Conduct periodic readings of instruments and control panels, interpret data, and make corrections if necessary, detecting equipment performance deviations and informing the supervisor for follow-up actions; * Ensure units maintain appropriate oil and refrigerant levels to preserve mechanical integrity of equipment, and manage inventory of these fluids at the station; * Perform routine inspections and maintenance on motors, compressors, and auxiliary equipment, correcting defects to keep them in optimal operating condition; * Carry out 2,000-hour preventive maintenance and support semiannual and annual maintenance jointly with specialized teams; * Execute scheduled minor corrective maintenance tasks; * Interpret equipment shutdown codes and perform troubleshooting to restore operational status; * Manage station tools to ensure their good condition of use; * Operate motor-compressor units and auxiliary station equipment in accordance with start-up and shutdown procedures; * Collect oil samples from motors and compressors for physical-chemical analysis. * Manage spare parts inventory, maintaining stock within established limits (receipts, issues, consumption, transfers); * Complete shift handover reports, logging entries in the incident logbook; * Ensure timely submission of monthly oil balance, depressurization, consumption, and availability reports. * Issue RDOs (Operational Downtime Reports), documenting key activities including operational stoppages and equipment availability; * Inspect station safety devices (fire extinguishers, detectors, PPE, etc.) in compliance with operational and QSMS procedures, ensure proper functionality, and immediately notify the supervisor of any deviations. \#LI\-BF1 **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical course in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering; * Knowledge of Natural Gas Compression Systems operation; * I&E (Instrumentation & Electrical) maintenance; * Knowledge of Operational Safety, associated activity risks, and LOTO systems; * Knowledge of compressor operation and maintenance; * Prior experience in natural gas compression and/or treatment systems operations; * Familiarity with applicable O&G industry safety standards and regulations; * Problem-solving and decision-making skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Organization, discipline, and effective time management; * Adaptability to dynamic environments; * Commitment to safety; * Focus on delivery and results; * Continuous pursuit of professional development. **Additional Information** **Work Location: Pilar** **Shift Schedule: 14x14 — 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.** We are among the leading independent companies operating onshore in Brazil.
