Organization, proactivity, and agility to handle multiple demands SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT REMOTE WORK **Responsibilities:** Active and responsive customer service—answering inquiries, presenting products and courses, prospecting new customers, and providing full post-sale support; organizing, recording, and tracking orders to ensure timely updates of deadlines, amounts, deliveries, and status; supporting the sales team in preparing proposals, assembling materials, and scheduling visits or meetings; performing administrative tasks such as issuing invoices, updating registrations, organizing documents, entering quotations into internal systems, and assisting in preparing sales and performance reports. **Requirements:** Experience in customer service and sales/SAC routines; clear and empathetic communication skills, with ease in interacting with diverse customer profiles; organization, proactivity, and agility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality and information accuracy; proficiency in Excel for order management, reporting, and data organization; familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems; familiarity with Bling system is desirable. **Offer:** PJ employment contract; salary range of R$ 3,000.00 to R$ 3,500.00; company-provided equipment (computer). **Working Hours:** To be agreed upon.
