Inventory management and compliance with regulations **Job Description:** Ensure continuous and efficient procurement of raw materials, packaging, industrial inputs, and services required for industrial operations, optimizing costs, timelines, and quality while ensuring compliance with food safety standards and corporate policies. Conduct quotation, negotiation, and purchase order issuance processes; Monitor supplier performance and compliance (quality, delivery timelines, and costs); Track inventory levels and support purchasing planning in coordination with PCP and Production; Evaluate contracts and propose opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization; Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and applicable legislation; Participate in supplier audits and qualification processes; Prepare performance reports and KPIs (e.g., lead time, savings, order accuracy); Collaborate with Quality, Tax, and Finance departments to ensure smooth operational workflows. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; 2–4 years of experience in industrial procurement, preferably within the food industry; Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; Knowledge of procurement processes for raw materials, packaging, and industrial services; Strong negotiation, organizational, and critical analysis skills; Familiarity with tax and fiscal legislation applicable to procurement operations; Analytical capability, effective communication, and negotiation skills; Familiarity with tax and fiscal legislation applicable to procurement operations; Organizational ability and results orientation; Ethics and responsibility in negotiations; Analytical thinking and total cost of ownership (TCO) perspective; Interpersonal skills and tra **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM **Benefits:** Market-competitive benefits; Profit-sharing program (PPR) *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
