We are seeking an **Operations Auxiliary** to join our **OPERATIONS** team at the **Pecém** terminal. If you wish to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and safe environment, this is the ideal opportunity! You will support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for port equipment, contributing to smooth operations and ensuring everyone’s safety. Join a team that keeps our equipment in perfect condition and helps move the global economy!
**Key responsibilities:**
* Support ship and yard operations according to procedures, supervisor instructions, and safety regulations.
* Perform cargo, container, and equipment loading and unloading using appropriate rigging gear and PPE.
* Responsibility for materials, including proper usage and collection after activities.
* Handling of lifting equipment, including assembly, disassembly, application, removal, and inspection.
* Participation in vessel berthing and unberthing operations.
* Twist lock operations, including placement and removal as required.
* Workplace organization and safety—maintaining a clean, safe area and supporting quay preparation and operations.
* Inspection and communication—conducting visual cargo inspections, reporting damages, participating in meetings, and complying with internal and safety regulations.
* Immediately report any hazardous situations and/or accidents to peers and supervisors.
**What talent are we looking for?**
* **Education:** Completed high school.
* **Experience:** Experience in port handling.
* **Mandatory training:** NR10 and NR35 – Small Forklift Operator.
* **Lean mindset:** We seek someone with a strong continuous improvement spirit—a naturally curious individual committed to solving problems at their root and motivated to make things better every day.
