




Job Summary: Responsible for managing the cleaning, organization, and decoration operations of a resort, ensuring quality standards and team development. Key Highlights: 1. Daily resort housekeeping operations management 2. Supplier supervision and control of material and service costs 3. Operational team management and development, as well as performance evaluation Responsible for managing the resort's cleaning, organization, and decoration services, including apartment, social area, and operational area cleaning and sanitation, to ensure compliance with the chain's established quality standards. * Manage overall daily housekeeping operations; * Supervise delivery and relationships with suppliers (cleaning and sanitation materials, consumables) and third-party contracted services (laundry, tailoring, etc.); * Control the cost and quality of cleaning materials and products used in daily operations, and manage and control laundry costs (in-house and outsourced); * Control and organize the quality and quantities of resort linens, consumables, amenities, and uniforms inventory; * Manage, develop, and train operational teams according to the chain's defined operational and quality standards; * Establish and maintain the housekeeping staffing schedule based on occupancy levels and banked hours to maximize the department's headcount potential; * Evaluate individual performance and performance of each team member and formulate individual and team growth plans aligned with the chain's predefined KPIs.
