Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * ORDER TRACKING \- Manage operational routine including receipt, inspection, approval, dispatch, and order tracking using e\-mails, RM Nucleos system, and control spreadsheets, ensuring accurate and excellent delivery of materials to customers. * ANALYSIS ORDER PROCESSING \- Support pedagogical support in implementing, sending, tracking, and delivering analysis orders via RM Nucleos system and Microsoft Excel, aiming to serve customers seeking to expand their segments. * CUSTOMER SERVICE \- Provide service to internal and external customers via phone, e\-mail, and digital platforms to deliver information and resolve inquiries. * CRM UPDATES \- Assist in updating the digital CRM platform by maintaining customer registration data, entering records, incidents, and complaints, ensuring up-to-date partner information. * PRODUCT REGISTRATION \- Support registration of new products using the RM Nucleos system to make them available for future order implementation. * CONTRACTS, TERMS, AND SUPPLY ORDERS \- Monitor updates to contracts, terms, and supply orders, forwarding the PDF file via e\-mail to ensure receipt of the physical copy signed by the customer. * CONTROLS AND SCHEDULES \- Develop and update client\-specific control spreadsheets—such as printing calendars, availability, and payment schedules—using Microsoft Excel and the digital platform (CRM), meeting partner school requirements. * RETURNS \- Implement and manage return requests so that dispatch/inspection teams have access to authorized items, using the RM Nucleos system to ensure greater accuracy of information across departments and with customers. * EVENTS \- Participate in BSE fairs and events, assisting with participant reception and accreditation to guarantee excellent service. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school or currently enrolled in higher education * Specific Knowledge \- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with TOTVS RM system is desirable. **Additional Information** Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Meal and food allowance on the same card Breakfast or afternoon snack at physical locations Transportation allowance Total Pass and Wellhub (access to gyms and wellness services) Birthday day off Corporate University Pregnancy support program Psychological, legal, financial, and social counseling program Wedding gift Duo Gourmet Bernoulli Benefits Club: access to a network of partnerships offering discounts on undergraduate and graduate courses, electricity bills, language courses, and much more—for you and your family Mothers working under a hybrid regime are fully remote from the 6th month of pregnancy until the child’s first birthday ‍ Fathers working under a hybrid regime are fully remote from birth until the child’s sixth month Data protection changes everything During the candidate selection process for our open positions, we will use your personal data registered on the Gupy platform.
