Come be part of this transformation with us! **Work Location: Francisco Beltrão, PR (Iguaçu Saneamento)** **Responsibilities and duties** * Analyze the feasibility of developments and businesses according to technical records and applicable regulations; * Supervise direct and third-party workers at construction sites and service fronts, assigning tasks according to demand, projects, and company safety and quality guidelines; * Size and guide work teams (direct and/or outsourced), ensuring activities are carried out according to the executive project and established schedule; * Size and control the use of equipment and materials used in construction; * Inspect the quality of executed work, verifying and validating measurements of outsourced services; * Report physical progress of construction, validating site logs with inspectors and preparing civil engineering projects as needed; * Update periodic reports on the progress of the physical-financial schedule of projects, creating and presenting performance indicators for the area; * Supervise areas under their responsibility, ensuring proper management of financial, administrative, and human resources; * Drive company vehicles when external service is required, ensuring safety and compliance with traffic regulations; * Promote adherence to Sustainability standards and procedures (Quality, Safety, Environment, and Health – QSMS); * Develop and update the sector's annual budget, maintaining history and records in corporate systems; * Control operational costs and monitor budget execution, ensuring alignment with established targets; * Support the preparation of management reports and performance analyses, providing data for decision-making; * Participate in strategic planning for the area and in defining investment priorities; * Ensure organization and traceability of technical and administrative documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards and legal requirements. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Proficiency in Office suite (advanced Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD); * Valid driver's license (A/B) and availability for travel; * Advantage: Technical education in Building or related fields; * Experience in Construction Planning and Team Management is a plus.
