Implementation Analyst \- 1023 Main Responsibilities: * Lead the planning and execution of new store implementations, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and cost targets; * Develop strategies to streamline the implementation process by creating appealing menus, effective training programs, and partner engagement; * Create and optimize digital menus that highlight products and promotions to increase average ticket size and drive sales; * Register and update information for new stores in company systems and platforms; * Conduct operational training on processes, systems, financial settlements, and catalog models; * Prepare performance reports by analyzing data and key performance indicators; * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure team alignment; * Provide support to partner stores via WhatsApp and promote continuous improvement initiatives in the implementation processes. Requirements: * Prior experience in system implementation and training new clients is desirable; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) is desirable; * Analytical mindset and ability to identify problems and propose solutions are desirable; * Strong written and verbal communication skills are desirable; * Experience with technology (Excel, AI, CRM, and management tools) is desirable; Behavioral Competencies: * Communication; * Organization; * Results orientation; * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Adaptability.
