**Mid-Level Delphi Developer** Also known as "Mid-Level Programmer Analyst," this professional is responsible for executing processes in development projects, performing system maintenance, and proposing improvements. Must be able to understand code developed by other professionals and, whenever possible, optimize it, as well as create new routines that meet business rules. To achieve this, meticulousness and planning are essential, along with attention to the requirements of each task and a commitment to developing clear, well-structured, and easily maintainable code.
