If you identify with a collaborative, curiosity-driven work environment, join us in building the future of technology. **What You’ll Do Here** * Support IDP (Internal Development Platform) processes at StackSpot, applying platform engineering concepts to build "golden paths" (automated workflows) for development teams; * Develop and maintain automations initially on GitHub, with prospects for evolution onto the StackSpot platform; * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and best practices; * Actively participate in planning, development, code reviews, and implementations related to the platform; * Ensure solution quality and scalability through infrastructure-as-code and automation best practices. **What We Expect You to Know** * Advanced experience with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions; * Solid understanding of platform engineering and workflow automation concepts; * Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and resiliently in dynamic environments; * Strong communication skills to facilitate alignment between technical and business teams; * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. **Nice-to-Have Skills** * Prior experience with internal development platforms (IDP) or similar tools; * Knowledge of other CI/CD tools and container orchestration; \- Familiarity with scripting and programming languages for automation; * Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices; * Intermediate or advanced English for technical reading and communication. **What We Offer** We operate under a default remote work model, prioritizing your freedom and responsibility.
