Join this journey and help build a more diverse, sustainable, innovative, and opportunity-rich Mills.** **All our positions are open to people with disabilities.** **Submit your resume and participate in the selection process for the opportunity described below.** **Responsibilities and duties:** This position’s primary responsibility is to lead the development and implementation of the national component recovery process, ensuring standardization, quality, and operational efficiency across all involved units. **Responsibilities and duties** * Map and structure operational processes; * Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement; * Develop more efficient operational workflows, focusing on productivity and cost reduction; * Structure procedures, work instructions, and operational controls; * Create and monitor quality and performance indicators; * Ensure correct application and standardization of processes across different branches; * Conduct technical and operational supplier qualification; * Evaluate suppliers based on quality, production capacity, delivery timelines, traceability, and alignment with company standards; * Collaborate continuously with operational, maintenance, procurement, logistics, and external partner teams; * Structure processes still in development, creating scalable and replicable models; * Ensure uniformity and compliance of processes across all units; * Manage multiple stakeholders and support nationwide project sustainability; * Act autonomously, with critical thinking and decision-making capability in a dynamic environment; * Balance implementation speed with quality control; * Contribute to establishing a culture focused on standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering (preferred), Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. * Technical course in Administration or related fields is desirable. * Solid experience in process management, continuous improvement, and cost reduction within maintenance operations, component recovery, or related industrial areas; * Analytical ability to assess operational and financial scenarios using indicators, repair costs, productivity, cycle time, failure rate, and operational performance to identify improvement and cost-reduction opportunities; * Technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electromechanical components, with experience evaluating maintenance processes and defining quality criteria; * Experience in mapping and standardizing processes (AS IS / TO BE), implementing improvements, supplier qualification, training, and structuring operational and logistical workflows; * Knowledge of continuous improvement and quality methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, 5W2H, root cause analysis, Ishikawa, and indicator management (KPIs); * Experience managing multidisciplinary projects, tracking action plans, and interfacing with internal departments and suppliers; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI for data analysis, report generation, and managerial dashboards; * Preferred: knowledge of AutoCAD, ERP systems, and industrial maintenance processes **Additional information** At Mills, we offer you: Health Insurance; Bradesco Dental Insurance; Bradesco Meal Allowance or Food Benefit Mobility Allowance or Transportation Voucher; Life Insurance; Wellhub for you and your dependents; Dr. Alper 24/7; Extended maternity and paternity leave; PLR — Profit Sharing Program; Want to grow, develop, and work at a place that truly values who you are?
