As a **Senior Continuous Improvement Analyst**, you will play a strategic role within the Shared Services Center (SSC), analyzing and optimizing processes with emphasis on efficiency, quality, and innovation. This position is essential for fostering a culture of continuous improvement—identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and monitoring KPIs that drive process evolution and operational excellence across all Grupo Moas business units. **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct mapping and analysis of operational and administrative processes; Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities; Support process standardization and documentation; Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects; Collaborate with business areas to implement new workflows and practices; Monitor performance indicators and propose adjustments; Utilize process modeling and management tools (BPMN, SIPOC, etc.). **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration**, **Production Engineering**, **Information Technology**, **Process Management**, or related fields; Knowledge of BPM (**Business Process Management**); Process modeling tools (**Bizagi, Visio, ARIS**); Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; Familiarity with **Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma** methodologies; Experience with ERPs and corporate systems; Desirable: Power BI or basic SQL knowledge; Experience with RPA tools (**UiPath or Power Automate**). **Behavioral Requirements:** Analytical thinking and attention to detail; Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively; Proactivity and organizational skills; Commitment to continuous improvement; Adaptability and fast learning capacity; Inquisitive, investigative mindset with results orientation **Preferred Qualifications:** Certifications or courses in BPM, Lean, or Six Sigma. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Barra Funda. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday \| 100% on-site, flexible hours \- CLT. **Salary:** Market-competitive. **Benefits:** Breakfast provided by the company; Unimoas (Graduate, Postgraduate, and short-course development program, with 30%–70% subsidy upon approval); Life insurance (MetLife – 100% company-paid); Transportation allowance or fuel voucher; Shuttle service (Barra Funda ↔ Company); Meal allowance or basic food basket; Meal voucher; Alice Health Plan – effective after probation period (100% subsidized for employee); Amil Dental Plan – effective after probation period; Pharmacy card – accepted at major pharmacy chains; Profit-sharing program (PLR). **Building Purposeful Connections: This Is Our Way** At Grupo Moas, we believe in the power of connections.
