Requirements: To achieve a \#match, we require you to have: We are looking for a Mid-Level FullStack Java/Angular Developer to join one of our dedicated client squads, focused on customization and maintenance of applications. Here, you will become part of Brazil’s largest software and financial-market product development company, where technological innovation drives evolution. Responsibilities * Develop Java applications (back\-end and front\-end), including data manipulation via SQL algorithms. * Contribute to the maintenance of Java Desktop and back\-end applications. * Participate in technical meetings and collaborate in problem resolution. * Apply best practices in development and code versioning. * Perform application and product customization and maintenance. * Work on web development, object-oriented programming (OOP), databases, and development tools. * Solve complex problems and tasks, especially within legacy systems. Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor's degree in technology-related fields focused on systems analysis and development. * Java (v8\+): proficiency in the language and coding best practices. * SQL Server: experience with stored procedures and functions. * Spring Framework (Microservices): advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Spring Boot. * Front\-end (Angular or React): proficiency in one of these frameworks for interface development. * Experience with: * Git (GitHub and TFS\-Git) * Maven * SonarQube * Jenkins * CI/CD * JavaFX * HTML, CSS, JavaScript * Deep understanding of technologies and business domains. * Analytical ability to justify decisions based on data. * Leadership, communication, and complex problem-solving skills. * Experience working in agile squads with direct customer interaction. Behavioral Profile * Autonomy combined with active collaboration within teams. * Analytical and pragmatic capability to handle legacy systems. * Strong communication skills with customers and stakeholders. * Proactivity in learning and adapting to new technologies. * Willingness to modernize legacy systems, including those built with Delphi. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of the financial sector, particularly credit. * Familiarity with generative AI. * Experience with Delphi for maintaining legacy systems.
