Work as a development analyst within one of the TOTVS RH (RM line) product Squads, ensuring team delivery quality so that software requirements requested by the PO are met. Responsibilities and Duties Develop software focused on HR and Payroll solutions, making our customers' HR increasingly \+ Digital! * Develop, test, and document innovation, legislative, and maintenance features for TOTVS RH products using C#.NET, ASP.NET, and Angular technologies in an N-tier architecture. * Apply incremental innovations to legacy systems. * Work on developing and maintaining HR solutions to improve our product experience for customers. * Collaborate with the Squad according to company-defined agile processes, aiming to achieve team goals. * Ensure deliveries comply with internal best practices and conventions. * Develop Unit Tests, Automated Tests, and document developed functionalities. * Guide and collaborate with the development team to identify business, architecture, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing. * Maintain software quality by reviewing available processes, tools, and best practices for the product and technologies used. Guide junior developers by supporting their questions, sharing knowledge, designing and architecting solutions, or recommending supporting documentation.
