Requirements: The Senior Full Stack Developer will be a key contributor to end-to-end solution development, working across both front-end and back-end. This professional will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing robust and scalable applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technology — with a special focus on financial-sector and artificial intelligence solutions. Main Responsibilities * Lead the development of complete web applications, from user interface to server-side logic and database. * Design and implement secure and efficient APIs for inter-service communication. * Perform database modeling and optimization for relational and NoSQL databases. * Adopt and promote best development practices, including automated testing, continuous integration (CI/CD), and code review. * Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and other teams to define project architecture and technical scope. * Mentor more junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and technical growth. * Ensure performance, scalability, and security of developed solutions. Technical Requirements (Hard Skills) * Front-End: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. * Back-End: Solid experience with languages like Java, Node.js, Python, or C# and their respective frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Express). * Databases: Proficiency in SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). * Architecture: Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and software design patterns. * Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including container services (Docker, Kubernetes). * DevOps: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. * Testing: Experience with TDD, BDD, and automated testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Jest, Cypress). * Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments. * Security: Knowledge of secure development practices (OWASP Top 10). * Conversational AI: Experience building with IBM Watson, focusing on Watson Assistant — Actions. * Generative AI: Knowledge of LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG-based knowledge base construction).
