MJV is a technology and innovation company offering consulting and software development solutions. Focused on transforming businesses through technology, MJV aims to accelerate its clients’ digital transformation. **Responsibilities:** Develop scalable and resilient solutions focused on operational efficiency for the financial and banking sectors. Map workflows and processes in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Provide technical support during discovery activities, requirement definition, and solution architecture design. Manage the product backlog and consistently share feedback on project progress during follow-up meetings. Mentor developers and serve as technical leader for high-visibility initiatives with significant impact on international business operations. Previous experience as a Senior Java Back-End Developer, Java Software Engineer, Pleno Java Programmer, or Java Systems Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor’s degree required.
