Analytical profile, results-oriented, and strong communication skills We are seeking a dynamic and responsible professional to serve as Controller, ensuring the financial health of the hotel’s operations and guaranteeing that all administrative, accounting, and control processes comply with the chain’s guidelines and applicable legislation. The role will act as a bridge among the executive board, financial administration, and operations, ensuring efficient, transparent, and strategic management. Oversee the hotel’s budget, forecast, and financial performance. Analyze revenues, expenses, operating costs, and performance indicators Conduct internal audits and review processes to ensure compliance Supervise procurement, contracts, inventory, and internal control policies Monitor accounting closings and reconciliations Prepare management reports and dashboards for the executive board Lead and manage the controller team Bachelor’s degree completed – Administration or Accounting Sciences Postgraduate degree is a plus Knowledge of CM Net system Prior experience in controller functions and team coordination Analytical profile, results-oriented, and strong communication skills
