May operate heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other assigned tasks. **Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store incoming products. * Receive returns, count and confirm quantities, assess condition, and complete paperwork. * Pick orders and select products from appropriate locations. * Verify accuracy of picked orders. * Prepare and pack products safely. * Arrange shipment pickups, contact carriers, and coordinate scheduling. * Handle products and perform tasks in accordance with customer procedures and governmental/compliance regulations. * Palletize boxes, wrap, and load skids onto trailers. * Create shipping labels and other documentation for packages to maintain accurate shipping data in the Warehouse Management System. * Operate various powered equipment safely. * Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate service problems to the supervisor. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent \- Preferred * Warehouse experience: preferred * Availability to work flexible shifts, up to 5 days per week **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
