We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals—regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—fostering an inclusive environment with equal opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for monitoring activities related to Revenue Collection and Access Control (blocks, DCEs, MCAs, and servers); Firmware and software validation in accordance with technical documentation and guidance; On-site firmware and/or software updates for equipment; Failure analysis both on-site and remotely; Operating system installation, software installation, opening and closing of service tickets, and change requests; When possible, assist the support team in resolving open service tickets; Handling service tickets and work orders related to Access Control and Blocks/DCEs/Counting Cameras; Daily monitoring of communication from station validators. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** Completed technical education in Electronics, Informatics, IT, ADS, or related fields; OR completed higher education in ADS, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science; Knowledge in Information Technology; Installation and configuration of operating systems (Windows 7, 10, 2013, 2008, and 2019; Linux); Knowledge of Office Suite installation and support (2013 and Office 365\); Troubleshooting for equipment (desktops, notebooks, servers, etc). **You Stand Out If You Have:** SQL language knowledge; Basic Linux knowledge; Installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows 10, 2008 and 2012 Server, Linux) and infrastructure services; ITIL knowledge. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company present in **13 states** across the country, moving thousands of people daily by providing integrated mobility solutions with positive societal impact.
