Responsibilities and Duties * Develop, maintain, and enhance frontend and backend test automation using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar; * Work alongside agile teams, contributing to Scrum and Kanban ceremonies and practices; * Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure stable, high-quality deliveries; * Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization, proposing continuous improvements; * Participate in technological innovation initiatives, introducing modern solutions to increase operational efficiency; * Contribute to defining testing strategies, ensuring coverage and reliability in deliveries. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Proven experience in test automation (frontend and backend); * Knowledge of tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or equivalents; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices; * Experience in innovation and continuous improvement projects. 2512250202491884430
