Job Summary: A data professional to serve as a technical reference, ensure data processing and delivery routines, prepare environments for analyses, and act as a strategic partner. Key Highlights: 1. Solve complex problems and ensure data quality **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the technical reference for the team and operate autonomously in processes; * Ensure data processing, transformation, and delivery routines; * Prepare environments and inputs for analyses, KPIs, reports, and models; * Partner with internal departments to guarantee information quality and propose innovative solutions; * Solve complex problems and ensure data quality; * Prepare materials and presentations of strategic insights for executive-level audiences. **Required Qualifications:** * Degree in Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience with ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt); * Proficiency in programming languages for data manipulation and analysis (e.g., SQL, Python, or R); * Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift); * Solid experience with code versioning and CI/CD pipelines. * Advanced English (preferred); * Experience with Agile methodologies (preferred); * Knowledge of predictive modeling or credit lifecycle (preferred); * Certification in cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) (preferred). **ATTENTION!** For this position, the work model is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite at our office in Barueri/SP \- therefore, candidates must reside in São Paulo state or in a region with convenient commuting access.
