Description: Serve as a technical and/or business reference within the area of expertise, participating in medium- and high-complexity projects that not only add value to the product but also ensure customer satisfaction and team growth within the product or domain of operation. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Perform medium- and high-complexity maintenance, implementations, or services involving business rules through software requirement implementation using the technologies involved in the project; * Perform high-complexity maintenance, implementations, or services with minimal supervision and limited support through software requirement implementation using the technologies involved in the project; * Possess in-depth knowledge of the software architecture and be capable of working with it by analyzing its components, organization, and functionalities; * Create high-complexity tests—whether manual or automated—that cover the intended behavior of developed features using requirements and testing tools. * Document or validate documentation for developed deliverables to ensure end-user comprehension; * Guide and collaborate with the development team to identify business, architectural, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing, resolving doubts and disseminating expertise in internal and external forums, as well as interacting with other areas to drive improvements; * Suggest process, tool, procedure, product, and technology improvements through critical analysis; * Detail medium- and high-complexity requirements through direct contact with clients and stakeholders involved in the project or service delivery, proposing product implementation; * Identify opportunities for improvement in coding, documentation, testing, and other development processes; * Serve as a subject-matter expert regarding the product of focus—conducting requirement elicitation, proposing solutions, evaluating alternatives, and delivering training; * Suggest improvements to the development area’s processes based on technical expertise, aiming to optimize both personal and team deliverables. Requirements and Qualifications WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Programming Logic; * Advanced-level Database knowledge; * Programming language used by the team (e.g., ADVLP, C#, Progress, 4GL, Java, others); * Advanced-level Unit Testing fundamentals; * Intermediate-level Software Architecture (e.g., client-server, web, others); * Intermediate-level Agile software development methodologies (desirable); * Advanced-level knowledge of business rules for the product of focus. 2511130202461804643
