Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to develop and enhance dashboards, conduct analytical studies, and act as a business partner by translating data into recommendations. Key Highlights: 1. This principle is reinforced throughout our hiring process and actively practiced within the company.*** We know that outstanding results are achieved only with an outstanding team; therefore, we seek talented and passionate individuals who aspire to grow professionally and build a career with us. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Develop and enhance management dashboards and reports. * Conduct ad hoc analytical studies, generating actionable insights. * Build analytical materials and executive presentations (PowerPoint). * Act as a business partner, translating data into clear and objective recommendations. * Collaborate proactively with a results-oriented mindset. **Essential Qualifications:** * Programming Languages: SAS, SQL, Python, PySpark * Data Visualization: Power BI and Tableau * Experience in the cards/payment methods sector. * Hands-on experience with CRM. * Advantage for candidates with prior experience in CRM Analytics and/or modeling. * Strong analytical capability, clear and concise communication skills. * Proactive, collaborative, and autonomous profile. * Occasional on-site presence required at our office in the South Zone of São Paulo, as needed.
