Research and implementation of solutions for the credit lifecycle **Responsibilities:** * Collaborate closely with the product team, testing business hypotheses and assessing the feasibility of innovative solutions; * Develop strategic insights by applying statistical analysis to optimize credit and recovery policies; * Conduct advanced analyses for credit optimization, including indicator studies, customer segmentation, and impact assessments, supporting data-driven decision-making; * Research, develop, and implement solutions across all stages of the credit lifecycle. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related disciplines); * Advanced English (preferred); * Experience in data analysis, especially in the credit domain; * Proficiency in SQL for extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large volumes of data (mandatory); * Python skills for data analysis (preferred); * Knowledge of credit policies (any stage of the lifecycle); * Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong logical and quantitative reasoning abilities. **ATTENTION!** **For this position, the work model is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite at our office in Barueri/SP \- therefore, candidates must reside in São Paulo state or in nearby areas with easy commuting access.**
