Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-Level Functional QA to join a collaborative quality team, integrating with Development and Product areas to contribute to the evolution and maintenance of QA processes for web applications. Partner with Development and Product teams **Job Description:** We are looking for a Mid-Level Functional QA to work with a leading client in the Energy sector, joining a collaborative quality team and participating in the entire testing lifecycle for web applications. This person will partner with Development and Product teams to help evolve and sustain a more structured QA process within the squad. Execute manual functional tests on web applications; Create, review, and maintain test scenarios and test cases; Log, document, and report bugs clearly and objectively; Participate in refinement, alignment, and planning meetings; Collaborate with developers and other QAs; Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation; Support the adoption and application of agile practices within the team. **Requirements:** Experience as a Functional QA / Test Analyst; Experience with manual testing of web applications; Ability to create and detail test scenarios; Strong organizational skills and clarity when reporting defects; Collaborative communication and a partnership-oriented mindset; Availability for a hybrid work model (2 days per week at the office – Itaim Bibi/SP).
