WHAT YOU WILL DO: Ensure communication and transparency regarding service/project results and issues for stakeholders through meetings, presentations, and status reports; Act as service/project owner, taking responsibility and maintaining relationships among involved departments (clients and other TOTVS departments) to resolve project/service issues and drive continuous process improvements; Efficiently manage services (high complexity, regardless of size, scope, or product line), ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, costs, and scope (managing revenue, costs, and expenses), while proactively identifying and mitigating risks; Collaborate closely with the commercial team to ensure a structured approach to project management, negotiations, and opportunities; Maintain a sharp focus on results versus cost (ROL, Margin, EBITDA) using project management tools (PSA); Adopt a commercial approach to offer clients new service solutions, ensuring ongoing client revenue from new services; Achieve and meet targets, ensuring team productivity (time tracking), NPS, and project margins; Master the TOTVS Implementation Methodology, ensuring accurate delivery, proper project documentation, and adherence to the contracted scope. Responsible for managing system implementation projects for clients across different sectors and sizes, including short-, medium-, and long-term complex projects, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements Minimum Education: Completed undergraduate degree Additional Requirements WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Education: Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in: Systems Analysis and Development, Administration with emphasis on Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, Production Engineering, Mathematics, Internet Systems, or other exact sciences. Completed postgraduate degree, specialization, or MBA, preferably in project management. Knowledge: Advanced Microsoft Office suite; Advanced Google Workplace suite; Advanced MS Project; Familiarity with PMI, BPM, Agile, ITIL, and SCRUM methodologies is desirable; Experience with FURPs methodology for requirements gathering is desirable; Familiarity with GUT matrix (Gravity, Urgency, Trend) classification is desirable; Knowledge of TOTVS solutions in the relevant sector is desirable. Certifications: External certification (e.g., PMP) is desirable. Languages: English or Spanish is desirable.
