Development of functional documentation and business rules **Who We Are Looking For** We seek a Process Analyst with experience in functional and business analysis to strategically engage in process mapping, redesign, and optimization, connecting business, operational, and technological needs. The professional will be responsible for understanding client-area requirements, building AS\-IS and TO\-BE visions, documenting business rules and functional specifications. **Main Responsibilities** * Map and document current processes (As Is) and propose improvements (To Be) aligned with organizational strategy. * Conduct business and system requirements elicitation and analysis, bridging technical and non-technical areas. * Develop functional documentation, workflows, business rules, and system integrations. * Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment of requirements. * Ensure coherence between business processes and implemented technological solutions. **Technical Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Proven experience in process, business, and functional analysis. * Experience in process mapping (BPMN) and tools such as Bizagi, Miro, Visio, etc. * Experience in requirements elicitation, journey mapping, and functional documentation. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. * Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data architecture (a plus). * Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\\Wellhub; Group life insurance; Meal/food allowance; Health and dental plan \- Bradesco; Training initiatives: lectures, forums, knowledge-sharing sessions, and discussions relevant to our business.
