Leading and coordinating internet product evolution teams Description: * Solid experience in coordinating software development teams is essential. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different organizational areas is essential. * Practical knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is essential. * Familiarity with predictive project management methods is essential. * Results orientation, sense of urgency, and ability to handle multiple demands is essential. * Experience in internet product development. * Experience as a Developer is a plus; * Project management or agile methodology certifications will be considered a plus. * Knowledge of Management 3\.0 is a plus. * Lead and coordinate two internet product evolution teams. * Support the team in removing impediments * Manage people on your development team * Apply a hybrid approach combining agile methodologies and predictive methods to ensure efficient deliveries. * Perform project planning and management, including timeline and resource estimation. * Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure understanding of requirements and expectations. * Solve complex problems, make strategic decisions, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Foster a collaborative work environment, empower the team, and promote a culture of technical excellence. * Disseminate agile culture * Ensure implementation of continuous improvement * Foster a culture of change within the organization * Facilitate communication and interaction within teams and across other departments * Foster a feedback culture and conduct frequent feedback sessions with the team * Ensure proper organization and timely updates of the team's work board * Ensure adherence to existing processes * Generate, analyze, and report agility and engineering metrics * Onboard new team members * Mediate conflicts when necessary * Lead the creation and review of processes executed by teams * Monitor delivery deadlines of led teams * Ensure team ceremonies are held and run smoothly, acting as facilitator if needed * Protect the team from events that may hinder achievement of defined objectives * Manage access rights for consultants under your responsibility * Manage team capacity and allocation of personnel to team activities 2511210202471882219
