Ability to lead technically without losing hands-on coding proficiency. **About the Position** We seek a Fullstack Developer to serve as the technical reference for Growth Machine, with direct responsibility for feature architecture, code quality, and system health. This person goes beyond implementation: you will be responsible for translating business objectives into scalable technical solutions, leading critical architectural decisions, and elevating the team’s technical level through mentoring and sound engineering practices. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the technical architecture and evolution of critical product features * Serve as a reference for mentoring, code reviews, and defining technical standards * Develop high-impact features while ensuring performance, scalability, and security * Translate complex business requirements into clear, sustainable technical solutions * Ensure system health by contributing to DevOps, observability, stability, and technical risk reduction **What Growth Machine Expects from a Senior Fullstack Developer** * Advanced proficiency in TypeScript * Solid frontend experience with React.js, Next.js, Redux, and React Query * Strong backend experience with Node.js (NestJS or Express) * Proficiency in PostgreSQL (SQL) and MongoDB (NoSQL) * Deep knowledge of Software Architecture, applying Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture * Practical experience deciding between Monolithic vs. Microservices Architecture * Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization using Docker * Proficiency in RESTful APIs, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and caching strategies (Redis) * Consistent experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) * Participation in full development cycles—from inception to production and maintenance * Ability to lead technically without losing hands-on coding proficiency **Nice-to-Haves** * History as an athlete or long-term sports practice * Entrepreneurial experience * International experience or exchange programs * Fluency in English and/or Spanish **Compensation** * Base salary + variable pay based on deliverables and performance **Benefits Club** * Food allowance of R$ 800.00 * Transportation allowance * Wellhub (Free Silver Plan) * Health support (Ciclic) * Engagement and recognition program with monthly rewards * Annual bonus equivalent to one month’s salary * 30 paid vacation days (after 1 year)
