We work with major companies — such as Nubank, Itaú, iFood, Airbnb, Meta, and Mercado Livre — applying AI to automate and optimize critical processes. Brazil is the most litigious country in the world. Therefore, we began our journey by applying AI to create large-scale, customized legal defenses, enabling major companies to reduce legal expenses and increase their success rates. We were valued at BRL 2 billion in our Series A round, having raised funds from some of the world’s leading investment firms, including Sequoia Capital and Founders Fund. Role The AI Associate operates at the intersection of business and technology. You will interact daily with our clients, deeply understand real-world problems, build AI agents that function like hyper-qualified lawyers, generate insights from complex analyses, and be responsible for turning those insights into practical AI-powered solutions. You will join the AI Deployment team, working within small teams, with high autonomy and an obsessive focus on results. Responsibilities AI Deployment: Building AI Solutions * Results analysis and diagnostics: Analyze legal and operational outcomes, identify patterns and opportunities for improvement in the client’s strategy. * AI Agents: Design and implement workflows (prompt engineering, automations) that directly impact our clients’ win rates in court. * MVPs and experimentation: Explore new approaches, data sources, or integrations, and rapidly build prototypes to validate hypotheses in the client’s real-world environment. * Continuous improvement: Monitor deployed solutions, track performance, and refine execution based on client feedback. Deliver Wow: Excellence in Client Delivery * Feedback loop: Serve as the client’s primary voice inside Enter, bringing learnings to influence the product roadmap. * Client relationship management: Participate in in-person visits and cultivate relationships with clients’ legal teams. * Executive communication: Develop client-ready presentations that connect data and business impact for our clients. Executive communication: Strong executive communication skills and experience interacting with clients are a plus.
