We achieved a $2 billion valuation in our Series A round, backed by some of the world’s leading investment funds, including Sequoia Capital and Founders Fund. ### **The Role** The AI Associate operates at the intersection of business and technology. You will engage daily with our clients, deeply understanding real-world problems, designing AI agents that function as hyper-qualified lawyers, generating insights from complex analyses, and transforming those insights into practical AI-powered solutions. You will join the AI Deployment team, working in small teams with high autonomy and an obsessive focus on results. ### **Responsibilities** AI Deployment: Building AI Solutions * Results analysis and diagnostics: Analyze legal and operational outcomes, identify patterns and opportunities for improvement in the client’s strategy. * AI Agents: Design and implement workflows (prompt engineering, automations) that directly impact our clients’ win rates in court. * MVPs and experimentation: Explore new approaches, data sources, or integrations and rapidly build prototypes to validate hypotheses in the client’s real-world environment. * Continuous improvement: Monitor deployed solutions, track performance, and refine execution based on client feedback. Deliver Wow: Excellence in Client Delivery * Feedback loop: Serve as the client’s primary voice inside Enter, bringing learnings to influence the product roadmap. * Client relationship management: Participate in on-site visits and cultivate relationships with clients’ legal teams. * Executive communication: Develop client-ready presentations that connect data and business impact for our clients. ### **What We Value** * Builder mindset: A natural tendency to roll up your sleeves, build prototypes, and test solutions rather than wait for perfect specifications. * Curiosity: Deeply investigate data to understand the “why” behind the numbers, without settling for superficial answers. * Disproportionate sense of urgency: Execute at high speed while keeping scalability and the creation of repeatable processes in mind to ensure long-term success. * Low ego: Minimal need for individual recognition, prioritizing company results over personal credit. **Requirements** ### **Ideally, you have:** * Background: 1–5 years of professional experience—strategy consultants, business analysts, data scientists, product managers with prototyping experience, and software developers who enjoy client-facing work typically thrive in this role. * Data proficiency: Experience with programming, scripting, or data analysis tools (Python, SQL, R, etc.) is a plus. Executive communication: Strong executive communication skills and experience interacting with clients are a plus.
