Initiatives include strategic projects (e.g., new integrated replenishment model and RPAS NG upgrade), evolutionary enhancements, fixes, integrations, and regulatory requirements. Engagement model: * Fixed-scope projects (not body shopping) * Full delivery accountability * Defined technical and functional acceptance criteria * Formal governance (documentation, integrated testing, GMUD, post-go-live stabilization) Professionals must possess proven experience with the mentioned Oracle Retail modules and maturity to operate in a highly critical environment with strict delivery accountability. ### **Requirements** Responsible for defining the functional and technical architecture of Oracle Retail solutions, ensuring consistency across modules and integrations, compliance with Renner standards, and long-term solution sustainability.
