We are looking for a **Senior Fullstack Java Developer** to work independently on AMS, ensuring resolution of L1 and L2 tickets. .**Responsibilities:**.* Perform minor code corrections in production environments; * Act as the interface with the operations team to escalate Level 3 bugs and suggest system improvements based on user experience; * Collaborate with support leads to manage the backlog of incidents reported by users and provide assistance; * Conduct functional analysis of received tickets and propose business-aligned solutions; * Interact with technical and business teams to ensure efficient problem resolution; * Lead meetings with end clients and integrators to assist them in development and integration with our platforms. **Technical Requirements:****.*** Advanced English proficiency for conversation; * Solid experience in web/mobile application development or technical support; * Ability to perform both functional analysis and technical corrections; * Experience with: Java 8+, SQL / Oracle PL/SQL, Angular 2+, Ionic, SOAP API, REST / JSON API, SoapUI, Postman, Azure DevOps, Mobile testing with Android Studio and TestFlight, SQLite (Mobile), ServiceNow (incident management and dashboards), Agile methodologies, etc. **Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging** .* At Capgemini, you can be yourself.
