Strong expertise in architecture and software development best practices **Job Description** We are looking for a highly experienced **Senior Software Developer** to join our technology team. This professional will serve as the technical reference, responsible for leading end-to-end complex solutions while ensuring application quality, scalability, security, and high performance. Strong involvement in architecture, best practices, code reviews, and technical mentoring of the team is expected. **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, including front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations, and databases. * Define scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures. * Act as technical leader, guiding the team and ensuring adoption of software development best practices. * Conduct in-depth code reviews to promote standardization, code quality, and evolution. * Propose and implement continuous improvements in architecture, processes, and development practices. * Collaborate actively with Product Owners, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps to ensure aligned and efficient deliveries. * Monitor applications in production, troubleshooting complex issues. * Automate build, testing, and deployment processes alongside DevOps practices. * Document solutions, APIs, technical standards, and architectural decisions. **Requirements** * Write clean, testable, and sustainable code applying principles such as **SOLID, DDD, and Clean Architecture**. * Implement and maintain unit and integration tests. * Provide technical support to the team regarding architecture and implementation decisions. * Work in agile environments, contributing to continuous improvement of the development workflow. * Ensure technical quality of deliverables throughout the entire software lifecycle. **Additional Requirements and Qualifications, Tools, Skills, Courses, and Certifications** **Front-end** * Advanced proficiency in at least one framework: **React, Angular, or Vue.js** * Advanced JavaScript and TypeScript * State management (Redux, Zustand, NgRx, Vuex) * Design Systems and reusable components * Testing (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress) * Performance optimization and accessibility * Integration with REST and GraphQL APIs **Back-end** * Advanced proficiency in at least one stack: + Node.js (Express, NestJS) + Java (Spring Boot) + .NET Core + Python (Django, FastAPI) + Go * Microservices architecture * Development of REST and GraphQL APIs * Authentication and authorization (OAuth2, JWT) * Unit and integration testing * Messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS) **Databases** * Relational: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server * Non-relational: MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB * Data modeling, indexing, views, and query optimization **Infrastructure and DevOps (strong plus)** * Cloud experience: **AWS, Azure, or GCP** * Containers: Docker and Kubernetes * CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo, or similar * Monitoring and observability: Prometheus, Grafana, NewRelic, DataDog **Methodologies and Soft Skills** * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean) * Strong technical leadership and mentoring capability * Good communication, collaboration, and systemic thinking **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience in large-scale projects or mission-critical environments * Experience in technical leadership or software architecture * Experience in regulated or highly complex markets (e.g., financial) **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\Wellhub; ‍‍‍‍ Group life insurance; Meal/Voucher allowance; Health and dental plan – Bradesco; Training initiatives: talks, forums, knowledge-sharing sessions, and discussions related to our business.
