Our central objective is to consolidate and lead customer relationship management across the Bradesco Organization, specifically through proactive outreach via commercial actions for product offerings and relationship-building focused on loyalty and engagement—ensuring a corporate-wide, customer-centric approach. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a CRM Analyst PL, you will work within the Active Desk Management team, and your main responsibilities will include: * Designing complex multichannel communication journeys and building/automating execution of these campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization. * Developing hyper-personalized communications using languages such as SQL, AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Actively participating in strategy development, proposing tests and personalized content. * Collaborating closely with campaign strategists, data specialists, insights teams, and performance analysts to optimize development efforts and improve implementation efficiency. Contributing to the team’s technical evolution by sharing knowledge and best practices. * Standardizing development processes, implementing validation and sanity-check procedures for communication journeys to ensure quality, scalability, and governance. * Documenting implemented processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree completed in fields such as Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines. * Prior experience in CRM campaign publishing, with emphasis on orchestrating communication journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. * Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization.
