**Responsibilities and duties** **The Apprentice will perform administrative tasks:**
* Customer reception;
* Organization of physical or digital files and documents;
* Verification and registration of invoices;
* Preparation and management of spreadsheets;
* Telephone, in-person, and message-taking support;
* Scheduling and time coordination in executives’ calendars;
* General administrative assistance to the department.
**Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory:**
* Completed or currently pursuing high school education;
* Age between 18 and 23 years;
* Valid work card and voter registration card;
* Military service certificate (for males);
* Not currently enrolled in undergraduate studies.
**Desirable:**
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
