We value ethics, innovation, respect, and commitment to delivering extraordinary solutions that connect brands and people. **Want to be part of this transformation?** **\#VemSerEletroTeam** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Here, you will:** * Manage planning and monitoring of OOH operations implementation across assets/verticals and locations under your responsibility; * Coordinate project implementation schedules—from technical feasibility through installation, operation, and maintenance; * Monitor and track operational performance for public and private contracts, ensuring compliance with SLAs, contractual obligations, and operational KPIs; * Analyze, monitor, and track operational performance indicators, proposing process and productivity improvements; * Analyze, monitor, and track departmental budget (Capex and Opex), proposing changes and cost reductions; * Manage billing for third-party contracts; * Support expansion studies and new projects by providing historical operational and financial performance data for forecasting; * Support local Operations teams in administering Concession Agreements; * Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in accordance with the Concession Agreement and internal operational parameters (e.g., productivity indices, equipment availability). **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Production, or Mechanical), Economics, Logistics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management, Finance, Operations, Controllership, or related areas is desirable; * Prior experience in Operations, Infrastructure, Controllership, Financial Planning, or Project Management; * Experience tracking KPIs, budget management, cost control, operational performance analysis, and decision-support activities; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, and data analysis); * Ability to develop executive presentations and facilitate alignment sessions across departments and hierarchical levels; * Analytical mindset, capable of identifying opportunities, proposing improvements, and driving results-oriented actions; * Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and demands simultaneously; * Excellent interpersonal communication skills—clear, concise, and effective in stakeholder engagement; * Proactivity, autonomy, and ownership mindset in managing assigned activities; * Data-driven decision-making ability with systemic business vision; * Team-oriented approach, adaptable to dynamic environments and cross-functional collaboration; * Willingness to travel occasionally, as required by operational needs. **Additional Information** **Our benefits include:** * **Medical and dental assistance:** extra care and well-being so you can live with peace of mind; * **Life insurance:** because the future deserves care too; * **Flexible card (Meal/Food allowance):** choose where to use it and enjoy each meal your way; * **Transportation voucher:** guaranteed mobility for flexible commuting; * **Annual profit-sharing (PLR):** we hit targets together—and celebrate together; * **Total Pass:** that little boost to support your physical activity routine; * **Birthday Day Off:** our gift to help you enjoy your special day; * **Ticket raffles for various experiences:** culture, entertainment, and leisure.
