Come transform healthcare with us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Assistance and Procedures** * Perform and supervise nursing procedures according to protocols and level of training; * Ensure safe patient care, including high-complexity exams and medical complications; * Plan scheduling and urgent care alongside the team; * Implement the Systematization of Nursing Care (SAE) and document in patient records; * Participate in contrast-enhanced exams, sedation, and interventions, when necessary. **Team Management** * Supervise technical/assistant staff: scheduling, vacations, time bank, hiring, and training; * Adjust electronic timekeeping and support leadership; * Conduct onboarding and continuing education training; * Ensure a positive and humanized organizational climate. **Operational Management and Indicators** * Monitor and analyze quality indicators, extravasations, complications, allergies, and critical results; * Develop monthly reports and materials for unit certifications; * Request medical coverage (On-Call Shift) and review of reports (Orquestra); * Monitor care protocols and propose improvements. **Organization and Control** * Manage triage and patient flow; * Prepare equipment and supplies for exams; * Ensure correct use of PPE and submit service requests in case of failures; * Support management of material, technical, and financial resources. **Multisectoral Practice** * Work in low-, medium-, or high-complexity units, with technical support from leadership; * Conduct technical visits to other FIDI units, maintaining standardization and care quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** **About work schedule and location:** * **Schedule:** 12x36 \- **Subject to change based on unit needs**; * **Units:** Vila Nova Cachoeirinha \- **Reassignment/coverage to other units may occur**, depending on demand. **What we consider mandatory:** * Active COREN registration as a Nurse; * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; * Basic computer skills and Office suite proficiency; * Experience: SADT, ICU, or Emergency Department; **What we consider desirable:** * Knowledge of **medication and contrast agent administration and calculations**; * Skill in **venipuncture** and administration of **medications (oral, IM, IV)**; * Experience with **catheterization procedures** (urinary, nasogastric, etc.); * Handling **medical complications**, supporting the multidisciplinary team; * Proficiency in **cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization techniques**; * Understanding of **contrast agents’ applicability and mechanism of action**. **Additional Information** **WE HAVE MANY BENEFITS WAITING FOR YOU!** At FIDI, we care for those who care!
