Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implement end\-to\-end features (technical design, coding, testing, PR, deployment, and monitoring); * Develop and maintain JSP pages (JSTL/EL/taglibs), HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript (ES6\+), including validations, input masks, and basic responsiveness; * Enhance Java services (MVC), consume APIs, and maintain business logic; * Model and query SQL databases (MySQL), ensuring high-performance queries; * Implement persistence using JPA/Hibernate, with pagination and caching where necessary; * Monitor structured metrics and logs, investigate incidents, and propose preventive actions; * Protect data and access (authentication/authorization), mitigate XSS/CSRF risks, and ensure basic LGPD compliance; * Guarantee application performance, low latency, and cross-version compatibility. **2\. We Seek Candidates With:** * 3–6 years of production experience in **Java Web**; * Proficiency in **Java 8\+**, Servlets/JSP, Struts, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6\+), AJAX/fetch, relational SQL (MySQL), JPA/Hibernate; * Experience in web security (XSS/CSRF), authentication/authorization, and data protection; * Experience with version control (SVN), code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux; * Strong technical communication skills, self-management, and results orientation. **3\. Nice-to-Have Qualifications:** * Experience with REST/JSON APIs, pagination, caching, and asset optimization; * JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., jQuery); * Unit and integration testing with JUnit; * Integration of devices and solutions in IoT. **4\. Education:** * Preferred: Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Control & Automation Engineering. * Acceptable: Technologist degrees (ADS/SI) or a strong Java/Web portfolio. **5\. Work Model:** * **CLT employment, on-site in Porto Alegre/RS**. * **Hybrid work** after the first three months of onboarding and training. * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–5:00 PM.** **6\.
