Job Summary: This role will assist with departmental routines, performing administrative tasks, supporting events and requests, and providing general assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the daily work routine of the department. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in updating sector control spreadsheets; * Deliver documents to other departments; * Archive documents; * Schedule meetings; * Provide support for departmental events and requests; * Assist with departmental activities; **Requirements and Qualifications** Aged between 16 and 22 years; Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM; or * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher **We are HT Micron**, a manufacturer delivering **advanced semiconductor products**.
