Job Summary: Technical Sales Representative responsible for maintaining and retaining existing customers, prospecting new ones, preparing commercial proposals for metallurgical services, and managing the full sales cycle. Knowledge of industrial boiler-making, machining, cutting, and bending. **TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE /** **Job Description:** Maintain and retain the customer portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and trust. Proactively prospect new customers using tools such as e\-mail and WhatsApp. Prepare detailed commercial proposals covering cutting, bending, and machining services, as well as proposals for industrial assembly, maintenance, and project fabrication—industrial boiler-making. Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting through to post\-sale support. Prepare manual sketches when required. Submit quotations, negotiate delivery timelines and payment terms. Work closely with the shop floor, understanding production processes. **Requirements:** Mechanical technician qualification or related field. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related disciplines is a plus. Solid experience in technical sales within the metallurgical sector. Technical knowledge of cutting and bending, thermal cutting, industrial boiler-making, and machining. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Familiarity with metallurgical manufacturing processes and modeling software. Experience in B2B negotiations.
