Job Summary: The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance services to ensure the proper functioning of the school's physical infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, masonry, and painting. 2. Maintain and preserve tools and work materials. 3. Assist in organizing spaces for events and school activities. The Maintenance Assistant will perform preventive and corrective maintenance services throughout the school premises, ensuring the proper functioning of the physical infrastructure and contributing to a safe and suitable environment for students, teachers, and staff. **Main Responsibilities:** Perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, masonry, and painting; Carry out preventive maintenance in classrooms, restrooms, courtyards, and administrative areas; Assist in organizing spaces for events and school activities; Identify and report requirements for more complex maintenance tasks; Maintain and preserve tools and work materials.
