We value innovation, ethics, and initiative, jointly building a trajectory of long-term positive impact. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service via e\-mail; * Handling customer complaints (SAC) and tracking delivery-related incidents; * Tracking and follow\-up on internal and external support tickets; * Issuing bonus orders and supporting commercial requests; * Analyzing order risk and identifying potential fraud. Requirements: * Strong written and verbal communication skills; * Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level); * Organizational skills and attention to detail.
